now that she's finally got a voice i will post one of these. this is 22 year old musician leilani salias (sounds like sara bareilles) - mostly known for her singles love song and bottle it up off her 2007 album - she is working on her sophomore album but is doing so slowly. she was born and raised in hawaii until 2000 when the family moved to hollywood, grew up the daughter of a stylist (think rachel zoe but with kids) who she was actually pretty much training to work with since about the age of 13 and she did work for her mother for a few years before her music career finally took off. she has a younger sister in ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) salias. personality wise she is scary organized, creative and punctual - she has a fondness for pretty much anything that can be considered a creative outlet. at some point in time she was involved for a short time with a "heart throb" and that just upped her status in hollywood.
so things i want for her; best friends, friends, party buddies, clients of her mother's (and of hers), the "heart throb", any other guys that would like to be exes, pretty much anything at all.

Since there are a lot of new people around, and I haven't been as active with Miranda as I would have liked, I'm here to ask for more lines!
Miranda Callenway is voiced by Sia & Zero 7. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and spent most of her free time singing and playing her guitar or piano at the local coffee shop for an open mic night pretty much every week (and met sergey there in the process) until she was discovered by a London music producer visiting family. She moved out to London, where she met close friend congleton, released her first album in London in 2004, and lived there until 2006, when her relationship with the producer that discovered her ended when he died in a car crash. She brought her music over to the states in 2006, and her music became a hit with the college crowd. Her record label put her on tour with Ugly Duckling in 2006, and that's where Miranda met hollingsworth and the two became quick friends, and have stayed in touch to this day, with Miranda opening up for Phoebe's 2008 solo tour as well. Miranda released a second album in 2007, and is now working on the finishing touches for her third album "Some People Have Real Problems", recording in LA, NY, and London, where Miranda has a loft.
She's pretty creative, keeps a twitter and a tumblr that she uses as an official website to post songs and videos, is constantly found writing, and tries to get into fashion (but is sort of failing miserabily, she's sort of getting slammed for her hand paint for her latest video/letterman performance.) She has a few rough patches in her relationship past, as mentioned above, but she doesn't really talk about it (unless it comes out in her songs).

so now that i've loosely decided a few things about her, i'm out to scout out some lines! so, this is hollyanne weston casatt. recognize the middle name? she's the half-sister of westonmilo as they share a mother. played by demi lovato, i'm going to definitely add a few years to her to follow through with some ideas i had sort of been feeling out. i'm thinking between 18 or perhaps 19, (definitely at least 18) still in the air, but anyway... she has the voice of charlotte sometimes and has an acting career in her past. she's a bit of a wild child which is why i chose charlotte sometimes, she grew up in los angeles and was exposed to a lot of sex in advertising and all else and lost her virginity at a relatively young age which is why her music is centered around sex. she dresses and appears completely opposite of what her music communicates, extremely stereotypically girlish in her tastes and choices of fashion. she loves loves LOVES animals and has one pembroke welsh corgi, nigel, who comes along on every trip that she must and has become her treasured best buddy. she's got quite a mouth and swears like a sailor but she's extremely dedicated to her close friends, so some of those for sure! other than that, if there's another character around her age group, maybe he could have inspired all of her musical songs and been the person to take her virginity or semi-recently sleep together within the past year.
seeing as she's pretty openly admitted to being involved in quite a few relationships, exes would work out, even if she is still fairly young. future tourmates would be fantastic! I'm going to set her album, (Waves & The Both of Us) to release sometime recently, probably between six to one month ago, so touring works into her schedule. i was thinking of adding some childhood acting into the mix but haven't made those final touches yet. this is just a very basic outline, so let me know if you're down for some lines of any shape!

I present to you Zella "Zee/Zells/Zelly" Evans, a 26 year old actress (very possible that she is a screenwriter as well) who is from the midwest and moved to LA or NYC when she was 18 and fresh out of high school to go after her dream. Personality wise she is feisty as hell and pretty much lives to be at the center of things, she's can be a bit much but she doesn't tone it down for anyone and she makes no apologies for the person she is.

So this Christmas album! I just realised I never commented to you guys here, and feel like a total jerkasaurus. Argh. so while i'm putting the final touches to fleshing her out (and before i start to write her up) i wanted to throw this girl into the ring to see what kind of lines she can get. this is michaela crawley, she's 24, from london and has only just released her debut album - with the voice of little boots - over there (although she's released an EP in the US to try and create a buzz around her). she's had a love of music from a very young age and began writing her own songs when she was in university and sending demo CDs to record companies to see if she could get a bite. it wasn't until late 2007, when she was 22, that someone picked her up and she split her time between london and LA while recording - which might open up the chance for interaction outside the brits! because she's still brand new to the ~celebrity scene, she's finding it all a bit of a novelty - the free stuff and the whole 'doing something she loves for money' - but at the same time, she hasn't had chance to let it go to her head because it's still completely new. she's got the british sense of humor (sarcastic, mainly) and will talk to just about anyone she comes across at award shows or events, so she could always have met people that way!
anyway, i know it's not much, but i'm hoping that it's enough to brainstorm at least some lines! she knows hrvey (though we still have to work out details); she's the girl he's got a crush on, i think. but that's all i have line-wise so far and anything else would be awesome!

okay guys, this bitch is coming back with the new face of ryan reynolds. for those who don't remember or have never met him before, this is marten culer. son of a billionaire and former socialite/model, he's an uber geek with a filmography that revolves mostly around making a name for himself as the ultimate nerd. yes, that credits list is being reworked. mostly it involves the roles of ned the piemaker on pushing daisies, charlie pace on lost, capa in sunshine, a cameo as papa kirk in star trek, 9 as 9, and a role in the upcoming dune film which is supposedly set for a 2010 release, but let's not hold our breaths. things to know about marten: he's gay, - but he's not active in the gay rights community - he's sarcastic, - so he doesn't truthfully mean half the things he says - he has the most epic crush on william riker there ever was, and he's a total whore for fashion. really. if your character is wearing something (he deems as) ugly he might throw up on their icons, so beware. as for lines, i would like to reconnect with all you fellas and ladies, as well as bring in some new lines! his loving lover is and always will be masen and his sister-from-another-mister is and always will be tslang, and of course he's obsessed with being williamsen's main gay even though he doesn't know it. OTHER THAN THAT, BRING IN EVERYTHING and i will set up a smashingly nice credits list sometime soon to help with finding costars!

ok now that my internet is finally working again i finally applied with this guy. i already have some set storyline down with some of you but i'm going repost because i noticed many new faces on this page and i'd love something with everyone so please bear with me again! This is 29 year old Tate Lowdon (pb Chris Pine) who's been in the acting business since 2003 with his role in Pearl Harbor. Tate's originally from Seattle Washington and acting was always the last thing he saw himself doing. He actually went to college up in Seattle obtaining a degree in graphic design and media animations and soon after moved to LA to doing graphic designing for various websites and production companies. It was on a dare that he auditioned for Pearl Harbor and even more to his surprise landed the role since he had no prior acting experience. However after Pearl Harbor wrapped he realized how much he loved acting so he continued to do so and auditioning before landing his next role in The Notebook. Now in a handful of films, most people recognize him for his work in Twilight as Dr. Carlisle Cullen or even as Jack Bass on Gossip Girl even though he tries to do a variety of films and tv spots so he doesn't get categorized into one area. I'd love a variety of lines for him if anyone is interested. Maybe some family members (siblings, cousins, half siblings etc), a best friend, co-stars, an couple of ex girlfriends or maybe even an ex wife if that could work in well, people he's linked too, etc. Honestly anything you want to throw at me is great or let's brainstorm together.

hello all, this is Delphine Botkin, played by Pam Racine, and she has just joined sergey's band Zenit, which the sounds of Gogol Bordello, and eventually the Arcade Fire, with her father Arkady. Delphine was born in Lille France 27 years ago to a French prof and a freelance musician. She lived there until she was 16 when her mother accepted a tenured position in the French Department at The University of Colorado, and her family them moved to Denver.
Personality wise Delphine is very guarded, skeptical, and usually stays very close only with family or friends she's met through her family. Her distrustful nature can be attributed to the Russian in her and sometimes her shell can be rather impenetrable, but she is generally courteous despite all that unless she thinks you're being a rude oaf, in which case she will let you know where to go.
As far as lines go, I have to be honest and say that she probably wouldn't know most people yet, but her profile will be on the rise in the coming months now that she has joined Zenit. Apart from that, she paints in her free time, and for her livelihood before joining the band (I haven't picked credits for that yet, suggestions anyone?) so perhaps she could have a celebrity patron? They probably wouldn't be uber-close, but it would be something to develop at least :)

Well Viv and I have returned from our long hiatus (yay for getting my life back) and both of us are just a raring to go. For those who don't know much about Vivyan, here is her basic break down - she is the daughter of a 'serious' British director and his second wife who is an American actress famous for her 70s scream queen status - she is the golden girl of her family and is the younger sister of Marcus & Scout Lang. She started her career at the age of six playing Young Jenny in Forrest Gump and pretty much has enjoyed a career full of dramatic roles with a few choice comedies (brief bio & her full credits). The media paints her as a bit of a snob, when in reality she is just guarded and focused - those who know her and get based the simple enough barriers know her to be a very sweet, loyal and fun girl who can be goofy and loves to laugh - she just tends to shy away from the train wreck scenarios that seem to occur in Hollywood. She is going to be in England for pretty much all of the rest of the year filming Alice in Wonderland.
I would love to work out any lines at all anyone would like!

Hello, players! So I have a somewhat unusual question for you all. I have two different character ideas in mind to bring into this game, and I'm unable to decide. Thus, I've decided to ask you all what you think the game could use/or what you'd like to see! The first character idea is a southern belle type girl who got her start in day time soaps and sort of dorky/silly/sweet/though not the brightest bulb in the package. She would probably play a lot of fun but stereotypical blonde/teen roles. The other character is quite the opposite-an England native who is starting to break into the American market and who's done a lot of theatre and has a very, very serious approach to her career and the industry as a whole. Very much a snob.
So, rogerebert, who would you like to see?! And, on a similar note, if you can think of another PB aside from Blake Lively who you think would be apt/who you'd like to see around, let me know!

btrx promised I'd be here, so here I am! This Tim Roth PB will be, as she said, a director and sometime actor. His name is Hector MacLaren, and he got his start with the BBC Blackadder series in Hugh Laurie's roles, so if you're at all British...you should know him. From there he moved to film, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern, in which he played Guildenstern (or is it Rosencrantz?), and then he played Mr. Orange in Reservoir Dogs, so...guy with Tarantino credits, uhh, we need something. He won an Academy Award for his performance in Schindler's List as Amon Goeth (because Ralph Fiennes was robbed, okay?), and then was in The Professional. And then he started directing.
I don't think he's directed a lot of people here, but take a look at his IMDB and if you're in there, we can work something out. The only things he's acted in since 1994 were the new Batmans, as Commissioner Gordon, but he's definitely more interested in being behind the camera than in front. Professionally, he's known as a bit of a hardass, he's tough to work with but gets the job done so nicely that people don't avoid him. He's very black and white in his opinions, and compromise isn't an option. So he'll yell at you and make you cry if it will work for his film. When he's not working, he's sort of the same. He's been with his partner btrx since 1995 casually, and got serious in 2000. He has three children with another woman, but hasn't married either one and doesn't really plan on it in the near future. He is an ex-addict (heroin) and an alcoholic, but his alcoholism isn't a well-known thing and he doesn't drink when he's working.
Him and Bea are notoriously private in public, so they're constantly "on the rocks" according to the magazines, but in truth he's pretty devoted, and has been for nine years. He hates the paparazzi, and has been known to hurl abuse and occasionally telephone books at them if they start pestering Bea (because let's face it, she's much cuter on film than he is).
As for friends, it would be cool to have costars from back in the day, as well as people who have directed him and who he's directed. He could bond with other parents (his kids are 15, 11, and 9) as well as other actor/director blends. He lives in England for the most part but his films tend to be on-location, so traveling is an option, and he is in LA for premieres and stuff. Currently he's finishing up Clash of the Titans before he starts The Road, so I'll have to figure out exactly where he is for those. Thanks dudes.

Hello, everyone! I thought I should get the ball rolling here. I'm going to be bringing in this Rachel Weisz PB, Beatrix; she's a fashion designer with the design credits of Stella McCartney. All the info I have on her thus far is in this journal, in her Wikipedia.
I'm looking for everything! To give a rundown, she's 39, British, and lives in London with her long-term partner. She's spent a fair amount of time in Los Angeles due to her partner's work (he's a director and sometime actor, and should be posting in here soon!), so it's more than feasible she'd know people in America, but as well as friends, I'd also love some regular customers, people she's done bespoke designs for (she does everything from ready-to-wear to red carpet to bridal), starlets who love to be photographed in the front row of her shows at Paris Fashion Week... anything and everything! Since I need all the lines I can get, I have a proposition for all you =)
This Marion Cotillard-pb is a writer. Basically, her story is her grandmother wrote a little book known as Interview with the Vampire in 1976, but gave up to raise her. Well, the character, a New Orleans native, grew up with a huge love for vampires, demons and all things supernatural. So she picked up where her grandmother left off and has the official writing style of Anne Rice. That means she's the one behind every other book in the Vampire Chronicles.
Lately, she's been a bit of a dud and hasn't done anything. The hurricane threw her life for a loop and she's been self-medicating herself with heroin.
All in all, Josette is a very reserved personality. She's quiet, shy, dark, broody and very introverted. She very much lives in the world of her own fabrication. I know that doesn't open her up to much, but she had to get into the drug scene somehow, right? So bad influences, previous relationships (she used to be close with jpw but got mad when he "sold out") and current fascinating subjects?

alright guys, I tried to stay away with this character, I really did, but she has been invading my brain to an embarrassing degree lately so I have decided to bring her back in this whirlwind of inspiration. I've already applied her, but I still want to post here to say what's up to those of you she had lines with who are still around, and all the others who have no idea what I'm talking about right now!
Meet Anne Williamsen, resident sassy Brit. She's in a band called Blackout (sounds like The Ting Tings) with her older brother hrvey, but the band is on hiatus right now because Anne and Harvey needed a major break from one another (they have a love/hate relationship) and she's been working on her first solo album (sounds like Lily Allen) in LA since September. Anne tends to be very blunt and occasionally abrasive, she knows what she wants and is not afraid to let anyone know it. She's kind of a dude at heart when it comes to sex and partying--not shy about either of those things as long as its fun. Her 23rd birthday is Tuesday, so if your kid is in LA you know there's about to be a party.
As far as lines, she is good friends with celeste and looks up to sharjo like a sister. She used to have a weird close, flirtatious, half dating relationship with dannyains and she loves bradycollins beyond measure. I don't know if there are any British characters in game right now (my memory...it is not good) but, if so I need one for an ex line who'd be the butt of all of Lily's vicious break up songs. Any lines she can fill, let me know!

This is Parker Lorraine Reynolds. She's an actress on the rise currently making the transition from stage to film. Her big success is a role in Wuthering Heights opposite westonmilo and it's gotten her a bit of media attention. She has a bit of a romance line that's going to stem from this role/co-star but she definitely would like a few more connections.
Her journal is pretty well setup and you can find links to her credits, bio and wiki article there.
Parker is likely very insightful and quietly observant when it comes to those around her. Habit she developed while perfecting her own method of acting, what to draw from and where. She watches others closely to try and pinpoint motivation and the like. I think she's astute enough to read between the lines in a lot of cases--whether or not she calls someone's bluff is another matter entirely. So, if anyone needs a friend who goes a little deeper than surface level, that'd be great.

here is the adorable jasmine rae southworth(pbed the goregous selena marie gomez!), daughter to austin and renee southworth. her father is currently the director being suggested for the twilight saga: breaking dawn, but he has been directing for 15 years, as he directored the spy kids franchise, the adventures of sharkboy and lavagirl, and the cheaper by the dozen films. her mother is a hair/make-up artist and has been for 10 years, as she has worked on films like the dark knight and the twilight saga. so far on jasmine i have her set to play alex russo on wizards of waverly place and playing leah clearwater in the twilight saga: eclipse. so any suggestion on other roles she should have, let me know!

While I'm on a role with getting this girl's new information polished, I thought putting this up would be a good idea! With Arelys has been here before, she's now PBed by Mila Kunis and has Lily Allen's credits so she's certainly changed a bit. Born in England, she moved to NYC at thirteen with her family. She went to Columbia from '99 to '02 (and dated tslang while there), graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music. After that she worked at as an engineer, with dreams of being a producer someday. She made friends in the NYC music scene but eventually decided to move back to London, to explore that music scene a bit more. There she did some engineering, a bit of producing and even a little DJing before she found her own musical voice and started to work on her own recordings. She got signed and took her time putting her first album together, finally releasing it in the summer of '07. With appearances at big festivals in the Europe, she got the attention needed to head back over to the States to tour here as well. And that's pretty much what she's been doing for the past two years: touring, touring, touring. She just dropped one single ("The Fear") from her second album, which will be released in either late December or early January. But before that, she'll be touring with lennix and zera, as part of the Some Like It Hot Tour!
Arelys has pretty much lost any filter she had. Not that she's deliberately rude or mean, she just says what she's thinking as it comes to mind. As far as lines go, I'm up for anything. I'd love to find an ex-boyfriend or two, who she wrote some rather interesting songs about ("Smile", "Not Big", "Not Fair", "Never Gonna Happen"), perhaps another ex-girlfriend, a flirtatious male she wrote "Shame For You" about, a female she wrote "Friend of Mine" about and maybe a few people that she likes and vice versa! I'm all for brainstorming so drop a line and we'll figure something out. I really want to work something out with everyone!

i am still working on him but this is alex hawthorne and he's a 23 year old actor originally from the los angeles area. he's the half brother of lennox and necole and they share the same father but he grew up with his mother and stepfather. his mom is a pretty famous actress (think meryl streep-esque) and he has been around the business for his entire life. he is a little hot tempered at times and is extremely outspoken and opinionated. for example, he's not entirely thrilled with some of the twilight characters/the writing from the novel and has spoken out about it in public. there was a rumor going around that he was going to be replaced for the future films because he was pulling a katherine heigl but they were just rumors. he's also known for getting confrontational with paparazzi and has even had an incident where he decked one in the face after he was verbally harrassed. other than his public misfortunes, alex is a very loyal friend and if you are a part of his circle, he'll be fiercely protective of you. he lives in new york and in los angeles and he's constantly traveling for work and is kept pretty busy. he's in a long-term relationship with lillien and is struggling with the fact that she's doing better than him career-wise. as for lines i think i have the best friends covered but i could use close friends, co-stars (his credits are in the journal), enemies, friends, etc.

Hey guys. This is Katie Barclay, played by the lovely Daveigh Chase. She's just turned eighteen years old and comes from Toronto, Ontario. If her last name didn't make it obvious, she's jayda's younger sister. The best way to describe the two, would be if Jayda was day, then Katie is definitely night. She grew up, for the most part, knowing that two of her older siblings were fairly important people. Firstly, Kalan Barclay, while NPC, plays in the NHL, and secondly, Jayda and josshhua (who is like an older brother to her) have been pretty successful with Barclay since Katie was about 11. That said, she's kind of a brat who feels like she's entitled to special treatment, and wants people to know who she is. Here are some important things you should know: She's a teenage mother, who got pregnant when she was sixteen. Her daughter Cassie, who's a year old, is mostly cared for by her parents. Other than being a Barclay her claim to fame has been acting. (Though at the moment she is on tour with End of Summer Flowers singing back up and playing the acoustic performances with Jayda). She's been into it since before she got pregnant and having a baby didn't really stop her too much. She spends as much time at home in Toronto as possible, because she wants to be there for her child, but so far acting seems to be a good way to provide for her. She, most certainly, isn't the most perfect person in the world. Having Cassie made her grow up a lot, but at the same time, she still very much wants to be a normal teenager. In that sense she's pretty torn. It's definitely not surprising for her to be caught by the paparazzi, doing normal seventeen-year-old-with-money things. Anyway, storylines, I would love them.
Her credits are here though they most certainly will change since I haven't looked at what's newly taken/free since I last posted in this community for her. If there's anything in there that conflicts with something of your characters, feel free to let me know and I'll definitely drop it. My heart's not absolutely set on anything at the moment.

Her last name can obviously be changed, but I am just curious! I've got a vague tid bit about her here (which includes her filmography and all that since I'm finished with that and won't be adding anything to it unless someone seriously wants something filled - but keep in mind: she really only digs action/horror films and doing Gossip Girl was pretty much her boyfriend's idea)! Hey new (to me) comm that looks awesome! I bring you Troian Harmon, an actress who hasn't really been in the biz all that long, just since 2000. Her best known role is as Abby Sciuto on NCIS and that means she was on JAG and NCIS LA as well! She supported in a couple movies, but never starred in any, and prefers the TV life.
Her bio and credits are up, and I would LOVE if someone could tell me how to make it not say SCRIBBLED all over it. I got the basic set up but I wish there was away to hide all of that. But anyway, she is super open if anyone needs/wants/ or has anything for her! let me know.

hey guyyys. this is kelly winehart, played by the lovely jackson rathbone. he has the solo credits of MSTRKRFT and most recently one-half of the credits of 3OH!3. he grew up in detroit with a flake for a mother, and spent most of his time with his grandmother who got him into music initially by teaching him classical stylings. he lived in a shitty neighborhood when he was growing up, and was more or less considered a geek because he spent most of his time playing music at home instead of socializing (of course he blames this on getting the crap kicked out of him more than a few times.) he started working as a dj in detroit when he was still just a teenager, but managed to put out two solo albums that sold primarily well in the local scene. of course, it didn't give him much recognition or a name, so he bailed to los angeles once he graduated high school and worked as a dj for a few more years until he met his hetero life-mate and the other half of his current band, the neon knights. so far, he's been adjusting to fame and the fact that his floozy of a mother has remarried for the third time to julietevans father, making kelly juliet's step-brother. he's not sure how he feels about her yet, but he's doing his best to try to test the waters of their new sibling relationship - which basically means annoying the crap out of her like any big brother would. in a nutshell, kelly is a goofball/spaz on the outside. he likes to jump around on stage, basically act the fool, and laugh too much for his own good. on the other hand, in private, he's rather laid-back and good at heart, and not nearly as loud. he loves weed, he loves beer, and he loves women - but that's about as far as he's willing to go into the "rockstar" life. his directory is here and his credits are here.
